Please Read Entire Description Carefully! Offered on this listing I AM PARTING OUT A 1969 7 HP SHORT SHAFT CHRYSLER OUTBOARD. THIS CAME IN MISSING THE RECOIL STARTER AND THE HOOD. WITH THE COST OF REPLACEING JUST THOSE TWO ITEMS IT WASNT WORTH FIXING SO PARTING OUT. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE COMPLETE POWERHEAD AS YOU SEE IT. I WAS ABLE TO WRAP A ROPE AROUND THE FLYWHEEL TO GET A COMPRESSION TEST AND THAT WAS GOOD AND IT HAS SPARK.
