If you decide to cancel your order after receiving your graphic proof, a 10% designing fee will be charged. Meaning that you will receive a total of 90% refund.*We require a minimum of 3 business days to create the specific design for your bike. The advertised design has to be replicated to your motorcycle’s template. In case you need an expedite request, please inquire about our expedite order fee and expedite shipping.*If you need modifications on your design, be mindful that we won’t do 10 minutes after you send us an email. Up to 3 modifications are included with orders. Modifications are done once a day, and there is a waiting list based on order date.*There is a $20 fee for adding logos to the graphics. Customers are responsible for providing non-motorcycle related logos in high resolution files such as EPS or CDR.*After approval of graphic design we require a minimum of 2 business day to ship your order. All graphics are printed using solvent ink, the vinyl has to be completely dry before we laminate with the shinny thick protection coat.*After receiving a message with your graphic proof you have up to 2 business days to ask for modifications or approving.
