Inside Mount: For example, if your window inside frame measures 35″ in width by 50″ in length:The window width is the shade width, 35″.The window height is the shade height or higher (higher is fine since an extra high shade can be stacked, but it cannot be shorter since it would not be able to cover), 64″. Outside Mount: For example, if your window measures 35″ in width by 50″ in length:Add at least 2″ or more to the shade width, 35″+2″=37″.Add at least 6 » or more to the shade the shade height or higher (higher is fine since an extra high shade can be stacked, but it cannot be shorter since it would not be able to cover), 64″.
